Are pets allowed?

Yes, for both rentals and pitches, by adding a supplement directly.

How can we book a stay?

You can book via our website or by telephone on 05.61.64.24.40.

You must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount at the time of booking.

When do we have to pay our balance?

The balance is payable 30 days before your arrival or earlier if you wish.

Are there any deposits to be made?

A credit card deposit of €290 is required, and a further €400 if your accommodation has a SPA.

This deposit is required to cover any damage or additional costs that may occur during your stay.

The deposit will be returned to you on departure once the state of the accommodation has been checked.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Credit card, paper or connect holiday vouchers or cash.

Do you offer cancellation insurance?

Yes, we offer cancellation insurance with or without proof of cancellation.

Is it possible to hire baby equipment (cot, mattress)?

A baby kit can be hired for a supplement of €20 per stay (subject to availability and booking).

What time can we arrive?

For rental accommodation: arrivals are from 4pm and for pitches from 12pm. For late arrivals: please contact us by telephone on 05.61.64.24.40.

What time do we have to leave?

For rental accommodation: departures are until 10am maximum, and for pitches until 12pm maximum.

Do you hire sheets for rental properties?

Sheets can be hired for €12 per set, subject to availability and booking.

Do you hire towels for rental properties?

Towels can be hired for €12 per person, subject to availability and booking.

Do you offer fridge hire for pitches?

We offer fridge hire for €5/day, subject to availability and booking.

Can I cancel a booking if I haven't taken out an insurance policy?

If you wish to cancel your booking without having taken out cancellation insurance, this is possible, but we will be unable to reimburse you for the deposit paid or the total cost of your stay.

When can we start booking for next season?

We are open all year round. Please do not hesitate to contact us to find out when bookings are available.

Are there electric charging points for vehicles?

No. The nearest ones are 2 km from the campsite.

How do I get to the campsite if I don't have a car?

A train serves the town of Ax-Les-Thermes, 2 km from the campsite. During July and August, as well as the winter holidays, a shuttle bus serves the campsite as well as several stops in town, including the station.)

Is Ax-Les-Thermes accessible on foot?

Yes, there is a footpath running alongside the three ponds behind the campsite and along the river to Ax-Les-Thermes. The walk takes around twenty minutes.

Can we park our vehicle on the campsite?

All our pitches have a parking space except for our Quartier , which is a pedestrian zone. There is a large car park at the entrance to this area.

Is there a play area on the campsite?

Yes, there's a large play area at the entrance to the campsite, and a petanque area by the restaurant terrace. In summer you'll also find inflatable structures.

Is there WIFI at the campsite?

Yes, we will give you the free access code on request at reception. It works in certain areas.

Are there any shops nearby?

Yes, there is an Intermarché supermarket and a bakery just opposite the campsite and ski hire 200 m away.

Is there a barbecue area?

No, but we can lend you a weber barbecue free of charge in exchange for a €50 deposit, which will be returned to you when the barbecue is returned.

Cleaning package?

The cleaning charge starts at €50 and can be booked at the time of booking. We ask that on your departure, the dishes are clean and put back on the table and that you take your rubbish bins to the sorting area.

Is it possible to buy bread and pastries on the campsite?

Yes, in the restaurant.

What are the gate closing times?

The gates are open from 7am to 11pm.

Is there a television in the accommodation?

Yes, all our accommodation has a television.

Do the rental properties have air conditioning/heating?

Yes, all our accommodation has air conditioning and heating.

Is there a coffee machine in the accommodation?

Yes, all our accommodation is equipped with an electric filter coffee maker.

Is it possible to change the fuel in the motorhome?

Yes, only for our campsite guests.

Do the pitches have electricity?

Yes, all our sites are equipped with a 10-amp terminal.
