Departing from the Ornolac-Ussat-les-Bains base, the routes are accessible from the age of 7, provided you can swim at least 25 metres and immerse yourself. The descents are done freely, without a guide, with a final shuttle return before 6 p.m. Depending on the season, the river offers different sensations: a faster current in spring and more peaceful navigation in summer, perfect for taking the time to observe the landscapes, the cliffs of the Qui\u00e9, the valley and the small villages crossed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
