This is a large pool with small cells where you can enjoy the whirlpools, accompanied by a frigidorium, a caldarium and a vaporium. The frigidorium is a cold pool (15 degrees), while the caldarium is a pool heated to 38 degrees. It is advisable to spend a few minutes in the caldarium, then move on to the vaporium and its thermal water vapours, before finishing in the icy water of the frigidorium. This boosts the body and improves blood circulation.<br><br>There are also two outdoor pools where you can enjoy the warmth of the thermal water and the sunshine.
