After this short stroll, head for the Couloubret baths. These thermal baths will help you relax, from the tips of your toes to the ends of your hair. So you can choose the package that suits you best, and let us guide you.
First of all, there are the baths. This is a large pool with small cells where you can enjoy the whirlpools, accompanied by a frigidorium, a caldarium and a vaporium. The frigidorium is a cold pool (15 degrees), while the caldarium is a pool heated to 38 degrees. It is advisable to spend a few minutes in the caldarium, then move on to the vaporium and its thermal water vapours, before finishing in the icy water of the frigidorium. This boosts the body and improves blood circulation.
There are also two outdoor pools where you can enjoy the warmth of the thermal water and the sunshine. Upstairs, adults can enjoy the Irish-Roman bath (whirlpool), the Nordic area (sauna), the Oriental area (hammam), and the wellness area, which is optional.
